For final paperwork and pickup, yes — but the negotiation is done before you walk in. You’ll already know your exact out-the-door price, have pre-approved financing, and have a written commitment from the dealer. No surprises, no pressure.

We partner with credit unions, banks, and online lenders to find competitive rates based on your credit profile. The initial match uses a soft pull (no impact to your credit score) and gives you a conditional pre-approval with an indicative rate. Once you proceed, the lender issues a firm commitment letter — we attach this to dealer outreach and challenge their financing. Dealers often beat your rate to keep the deal in-house.

We work with all credit profiles. Our lender network includes CDFIs and specialized lenders for below-prime borrowers. We also provide guidance on improving your position before applying, and our fee detection is even more valuable for buyers who are often targeted with inflated charges.

No — we charge a transparent flat fee ($299–$799 depending on your tier). But the hidden fees and markup we catch typically run 3–10x our fee, so TrueSticker is projected to pay for itself on most deals. Unlike dealer-funded services, we never take a cent from the other side of the table.

TrueSticker works for any new vehicle purchase or lease from franchised dealerships. We support sedans, SUVs, trucks, luxury vehicles, and EVs from all major manufacturers. Our vehicle database includes current model year trims from 30+ brands.

Those services are dealer-funded — they get paid by dealerships for referrals, which means their incentives aren’t aligned with yours. TrueSticker is 100% buyer-funded. We don’t just show you a price; we actively negotiate, challenge fees, and fight for the best out-the-door number.
